Step 1

HR Screening

A short discussion with a member from our Talent Acquisition team to get a brief understanding of your profile. We also like to ensure that you understand the job description and address any queries you may have, right at the beginning. Feel free to ask everything about the company and its growth path.

Step 2

Discussion with Hiring Manager

A detailed conversation with the Hiring Manager to understand your professional journey, achievements, and details about key projects. The Hiring Manager will also give you a detailed understanding of the roles and responsibilities, associated with the position, you are being hired for.

Step 3

Assessment round

This is a hands-on step, where we would want you to work on either a Case study or an assignment or a Coding test, depending on the function. you have applied for.

Step 4

Final interview

Last leg of the discussion, a conversation with the Function Head.
